What are the fees for the program?

Due to high demand at our gym we can only accept a number of clients. We want to make sure we provide the best value to our clients and not over do it.

What will be required of me?

We encourage you to workout a minimum of 3x per week for guaranteed results.

What if I have a specific injury or can't perform a certain exercise?

Our coaches will modify each and every exercise in the workout to fit your current fitness level and specific needs, including prior injuries or other physical ailments you may have.

Are men allowed?

Absolutely! While most of our members are women, we definitely welcome men too!

Many of our members bring their husbands, boyfriends, and friends (👀🙈) to join them on their fitness journey. It’s a great way to stay motivated and transform together!
